Is it free?
Yes. Sending and receiving orders is free.
Who can join?
Licensed pharmacies and pharma company representatives.
How long does verification take?
Usually within 24 hours.
Do I pay in the app?
No. There are no payments in the app. Report anyone who asks for an advance.
Are my documents safe?
Verification documents are encrypted; admins only see watermarked copies.
What if I am offline?
The medicine catalog works offline; orders wait and send when you are back online.
Can I order from a photo of my list?
Yes. Snap it, the app matches the medicines, and you pick the rest.
Are prices final?
Prices shown are estimates. The rep confirms the final price.
Is my data safe?
Verification images are stored encrypted, and admins only see watermarked copies. We do not collect national ID (NID).
Are Repha Points money?
No. Points are not cash, and they cannot be exchanged or withdrawn.
Is the medicine genuine?
Every rep on Repha is verified with a licence and a company e-mail. Reports of fake medicine close the account.
How do I pay at delivery?
As before — you pay the company's invoice at delivery. There are no payments in the app.
Which reps cover me?
The verified reps of your area. If there is none, leave the demand in 'Find a rep' and we tell you when one joins.
Can I order several companies at once?
Yes. Put every company's medicines in one list; the app splits it by company and sends each part to the right rep.
