Terms of Use
Version 3 · Effective 22 October 2026
About Repha
Repha (রেফা) is a communication and ordering tool that connects licensed pharmacies with medicine company representatives ("reps") in Bangladesh. It is operated from Bangladesh by Shekh Ehsanur Rahman ("Repha", "we"). Repha is not a seller, distributor or pharmacy, and there are no payments in the app. An order in Repha is a request from a pharmacy to a rep. Price, delivery and payment are agreed between the pharmacy and the rep or their company, outside Repha.
By creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Who may use Repha
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Pharmacies must hold a valid drug licence. Reps must be employed by, or authorised to act for, the company they represent.
- The information and documents you give us must be true and your own. One person, one account.
- Keep your password and app PIN secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
Verification
We check the documents and photos you submit before you can order or receive orders. Verification lowers risk, but it does not guarantee another user's identity, conduct, stock or prices. We may approve, reject, ask for more information, or suspend an account at our discretion.
Lawful use only
You must follow the laws of Bangladesh, including the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 2023 and the Narcotics Control Act, 2018. In Repha you must not:
- order or offer counterfeit, unregistered, smuggled, expired, narcotic or controlled medicines;
- promote or sell medicines to the public, or use Repha for patients;
- create fake or duplicate accounts, or use someone else's documents;
- ask for advance payment, or try to defraud other users;
- harass, threaten or spam other users, or share their information outside Repha;
- copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the service, or get around its security.
Narcotic and controlled medicines, such as opioids and sedatives, are blocked: they cannot be ordered in Repha. A few other medicines are marked restricted and shown with a warning. These markers help, but you remain responsible for following the law.
Orders and supply questions
An order is sent only when you press Send. The rep accepts or declines it; until then nothing is agreed. Answers to supply questions are information from reps, not a sale, reservation or delivery promise.
If you build an order from a photo of a list, the app reads the text on your phone. It can misread or miss lines, especially handwriting and Bangla script. Check every line before you send; you are responsible for what you send.
Prices and medicine information
Prices in Repha start as reference prices (the maximum retail price printed on the pack) collected from public sources. They may be out of date or wrong, and the app marks them as old and not confirmed.
Verified reps of a medicine's company and verified pharmacies can confirm a price or enter the current one. Repha then shows it with the date and whether a rep of the company or a pharmacy confirmed it. Repha does not check these prices. Enter only a price you know is current; entering a false price is misuse and can close your account.
No price in Repha is the trade price a pharmacy pays: the price agreed with the rep and printed on the invoice always decides. Medicine names, strengths and pack sizes may also contain errors. Always check the actual pack and invoice.
Your content
You are responsible for the messages, photos and other content you send. Do not send anything unlawful, misleading or that you have no right to share. We may remove content and act on reports. You allow Repha to store and show your content to the people you send it to, so the service works. Chat photos are deleted 7 days after they are sent; save any you need, such as an invoice.
Repha Points
Repha Points are not money; they cannot be exchanged or withdrawn. Points can only be used for in-app rewards, cannot be transferred, and expire a set time after they are earned. Repha may cancel points earned through fraud or rule breaking. The invite programme has only two levels and pays no cash commission.
Business advertising
Advertisers are responsible for their products and services. No medicine or health advertising is accepted; please report anything that looks like it.
Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or is required to be closed by law. You can delete your account at any time in the app or at https://ehsanur.com/repha/delete-account.
Our rights
The Repha name, logo, app and website belong to Repha. The medicine catalogue is compiled from public sources for reference; do not copy it in bulk.
Disclaimers and liability
Repha is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. Repha is not a party to dealings between users and is not responsible for the medicines, prices, deliveries or payments agreed between them. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the direct loss caused by our own fault.
Changes to these terms
Each version is numbered and dated. If we make an important change, we tell you in the app and ask you to accept the new version before you continue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction.
